What if you could design your own action figure?
In Character Forge Camp, students will create custom gear, accessories, and modifications for a fully poseable action figure. Using digital design tools, they will learn how to turn ideas into real objects through 3D printing and bring their creations to life through assembly and finishing.
Whether it's a futuristic soldier, pirate captain, dragon rider, explorer, engineer, or completely original hero, each student will build a unique character that reflects their imagination and creativity.
No experience is required. Students will learn design thinking, problem-solving, prototyping, and hands-on maker skills while creating a project they can proudly take home.
Camp Schedule:
• Monday – Character concept and mission planning
• Tuesday – Design custom accessories and equipment
• Wednesday – Finalize designs and prepare for printing
• Thursday – Assembly, fitting, and refinement
• Friday – Painting, finishing, and character showcase
